His latest release, Night Visitors, also a trio, finds Bryant adapting the Coleman aesthetic to an intensely personal ripple and rumble piano style… “Lime Pickle”, as fiery as the name suggests, is the album’s standout track, Coleman’s “Dee Dee” is covered, and drummer Gregg Bendian and bassist Moffet are powerful equal partners.”
